BEHIND THE LENS
This photo captures one of my proudest moments - receiving two Gold Awards from Master Photographer, James Heremia. Winning these awards was a huge step in my decision to take my photography to the next level and start my business. Since then I have won a few more awards and recognitions for my work including the Taranaki Weddings Highly Recommended Wedding Photographer for 2020 and 2022.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved the art of photography – the ability to seize a moment in time, forever.

The talent, creativity and raw passion in the work of a great photographer inspires me. I am drawn to capturing the power of human emotions - from falling in love, to getting engaged and married, to the blessing of pregnancy and the celebration of a precious new being, to watching a family grow up – I love it all!

Based in New Plymouth in New Zealand, my goal has been to constantly learn and evolve my photography skills so that I can confidently deliver everything you wished for and more.

SANDS is a voluntary, parent-run, non-profit organisation set up to support parents and families who have experienced the death of a baby at any stage during pregnancy, as a baby or infant.
